A certified coach and trainer with deep expertise in marketing, business development, and leadership, she has successfully run women’s leadership cohorts for years, helping women step into their power with confidence and clarity.

Stephanie's experience as Chief Marketing Director at Northwestern Mutual helped her realize that there may be women out there in leadership positions who feel imposter syndrome, struggle with the unique challenges of balancing their careers with their personal lives, or could simply benefit from tools and education to push their careers to the next level.

She founded Ignite to allow her to authentically provide leadership development, professional training, and a powerful community of likeminded individuals designed to enhance skills, build connections, and support each woman's journey to greatness.
