Before she started her coaching business, she held the roles of Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Growth Officer and Chief Development officer for Northwestern Mutual. Her passion for helping others find what they need to thrive in their professional lives, alongside her years of running other women's leadership programs, sparked the Ignite WLAC flame.

She is a 3rd generation Colorado native who loves to travel, ski, and enjoy the great outdoors with her daughters.
