Ignite intends to create thriving communities of women committed to growth, collaboration, and impact across the nation by launching localized leadership programs in major metropolitan areas.

Ignite Cohorts

Each year, Ignite cohorts are led by dedicated local facilitators and experienced Ignite team members to foster a continuous pipeline of empowered leaders. We provide leadership development, professional training, and dedicated guest speakers in a small classroom setting. Our program is designed to enhance your skills, help you to build and maintain connections, and support your individual journey to greatness while championing the support of your new team.

Each cohort consists of monthly, full-day sessions. We will wrap up the curriculum with a personalized Capstone Session designed to encapsulate your experience and prepare you for what's next.
