Stephanie Shivar

Meet ICF certified Professional Diversity Coach, Stephanie Shivar! Before she started her coaching business, she held the roles of Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Growth Officer and Chief Development officer for Northwestern Mutual. Her passion for helping others find what they need to thrive in their professional lives, alongside her years of running other women's leadership programs, sparked the Ignite WLAC flame.

She is a 3rd generation Colorado native who loves to travel, ski, and enjoy the great outdoors with her daughters.

Meet Stacey Sheridan, our Raleigh Learning Experience Champion! Stacey Sheridan is a Business Coach and Practice Management Consultant with over 15 years of experience working with financial advisors and business owners. She brings deep expertise in practice management, goal alignment, and navigating critical transitions such as acquisitions, mergers, and succession.

Her career path spans both high-level corporate roles and on-the-ground field experience, giving her a unique ability to bring clarity and cohesion to strategy, revenue growth, and team architecture. Stacey’s talent for driving performance and growth makes her an invaluable partner in building thriving leadership communities.
